Hi,
I have a user form that I modified. I added some extra text boxes and labels. When I save it and try to call it, the old form tries to appear. Anyone else encounter this before?

Is the old form still there and you are showing the wrong form, or are you really showing the new form but the old one appears?
Can you post an attachment?

I don't know what the old form looks like but this is what I see when I click the button....it looks just like the form in the vbe

yes thats the form. Try adding a text box to it and see if you get an error. Seems simple enough to add a text box and expect a revised form to show up with the new text box added. :dunno :banghead:

I like the look of the blinking scroll bar. Never seen that before.

I was able to add a textbox ok as well. Maybe there is something corrupt in Excel. You can try the detect and repair, then uninstall, reinstall office.

OK thanks everyone. I'm going to mark this as solved becuase it is most likely something other than user error.

austenr.
I don't know if you have the same problem but when I open the UserForm and close it right away without entering/changing anything, it deletes a row in the "instructions" sheet. Select cell J12, open the UserForm, click on the close button and one row will be deleted (on my compter anyway). Continue opening and closing will continue deleting rows. Again, on my computer it does this.

Hi,
Yea I noticed that too. I ended up trashing the WB and recreating what I needed. Was trying to take to lazy way out but found it faster to just re do it.
