Is it possible to insert blank rows based on a cell value
Attached below is a sample worksheet.

Is the gap between the tables always the same number of rows, 10 rows?

Thanks for showing interest.....
INFO sheet has 14 rows (this could vary).
In the Result sheet
14 rows to be inserted inbetween Row2 & Row3.
There would always be 3 rows in the table, below the header
The Information below the above table could vary (it should be intact).

After much search on the net and considerable mismash of available codes - I have solved my requirement - feels good !!! :)
In the attached file I have used the following (in order)
Delete rows
Insert rows
Insert Sr Numbers
Copy/Paste value in the result sheet
Hope the above codes are of help to users.
