first things first, English is not my first language so please forgive me my mistakes.

I'm not really experienced with excel macros and VBA in general. So this is what I need.

I have an excel sheet with an E-Mail Address in "B2", I need a macro that attach this sheet as a PDF to IBM/Lotus Notes. The recipient should be the address in "B2".
I researched before i came here but unfortunately I'm not skilled or experienced enough to get this done by myself.

If you can help me or if you know a board where are people who can help me I would be really joyful.
