Outlook automatically send files every week days (manual trigger)

    Hello,

Every day we need to send multiple files to clients.

Every file as it's own name... File beginning by abc100 goes to clients a, abc101 to client b, abc102 and abc103 to client c, today no abx104 available so we send nothing to client d, etc.

We store those files in a specific folder. On Friday, they were stored in June 2024 -> June 21.

How can I do something like that ? Something that is also available to my co-workers?

All the files use the same format. We receive them by email under a random number, but that name has no use to us and we save them as ClientDateCarrierShipmentnumber

We need to send ClientDateCarrierShipmentnumber to different e-mail at the end of the day, depending on the client. Thinking about it, the sending of the emails should be manually triggered instead of automatically.

Your file has a name from which we can then increment the number and associate with a new client.

My original post is only an example.

ClientDateCarrierShipmentnumber.pdf will be the file name. So whether the client has 0, 5, 10 or 50 files under its name, I have to send them all to that specific client. Lets say client 1 is abc100

So if I were to send them tomorrow, I would go into the June 2024 folder then June 24, I would have to send all files starting with abc100*.pdf to that client.
If the other client is qwerty, then I send all files starting with qwerty*.pdf to that other client.

So pretty much, I just want to take the client's name at the beginning of the file(s) and send it to that specific client.

Do it for like 20 different clients and it can take some time. I am looking to automate the process at a click of a button or something.
