Description:

As written the code creates 6 columns of data to simulate numbers, dates, initials, short and long names. It can be easily extended or modified for other data types. The number of rows is chosen by the user.

How to use:

1. Either add your own code to the sample file
2. or
3. Copy the Userform and ModFunctions module to your own project.

Test the code:

1. Open the sample file and click on the command button.
2. In the userform, change or delete the Header names as desired
3. Select a data type for each header
4. Set the number of rows required
5. Click the command button
